Here are some of our recent camps. Check back often for upcoming 2014-2015 camps
Clemson SC 2011/ 2013

Lake Hartwell offers great open water swimming, the hills and mountains in and around Clemson are not crowded and very diverse in terrain (solid climbs and rollers) and the running around the Campus and trails is perfect.
Add to this a college town where the food is solid (not gourmet but good), cheaper places to stay (www.hamptoninn.com) with an awesome breakfast buffet.
Mix in some over the top southern hospitality and you have a PERFECT training location - all of us had a blast.
Congrats to everyone who did the camp…totals for 3 days of training…17H…5K of swimming…14H of riding including 248 miles and 15,000’ of climbing and 10 miles of t-runs.
Recap of '13 camp by Shawn:
We are in Clemson again for our Fall Training Camp and the weather and the hills did NOT disappoint.
The Greek Freak “Nairo” Maniatis took the open stage with an attack at the bottom and held it 6 miles to the top of Caesars Head.
Today is a longer 20 mile ascent to Cashiers…I might have to go with Owen or Flint on this one...
Camps are a great way to boost fitness and this one has a COMPLETELY different flavor to it.
We typically have 4-6 people and it is not very “competitive” - this time we have 9 people and it is STACKED with talent!!!
I don’t usually brag about riding, watts or things like that but I also know…I’m not THAT bad a cyclist.
With the crew that is here…YEAH!!! They shelled me off the back in the 1st mile of the climb and I think they had ordered a pizza and finished it by the time I got to the top – 7 minutes on a 42 minute climb!!!
No joke…all of these guys are on the podium at almost any race and any distance…and judging by yesterday…I think they do it all on the bike!!!
Good thing I am the only one who knows the route or I would be riding by myself

Recap of Asheville by Shawn:
I am getting seriously spoiled this week as I have gotten to ride 3.5 on Sat, 2.5 on Sun, 3.5 on Mon, 3 Tuesday, 1.5 on Wednesday, 2.5 on Thursday……mix in 3 hours of running so far and that is a pretty strong training week. My mileage is almost nothing but I am over 16K+ of climbing in 4 days..It is amazing to me how easy it is to have a really steady power file at 7mph :)
The weather here is REALLY cold in the mornings…34-36 degrees had me pulling out all the snivel gear.
Other than a few miles on some 4 lane roads, almost all of the riding has been devoid of cars and fantastic.
