T-1 coaching plan
Our T-1 coaching plan is created with the intermediate to advance athlete in mind. The velocity multisport staff utilizes the latest scientific training technologies. Fluid in all aspects of heart rate training, power training and periodization planning our coaches can help guide you to your next PR. POWER METER REQUIRED
Price: $275/ 4 week block with $175 start up fee
T-2 coaching plan
Our T-2 coaching is completely tailored to the beginner athletes needs. We thrive on fostering dreams as well as setting short and long term goals while creating a sustainable lifestyle. We strive to teach the athlete how to incorporate mind - body awareness in order to achieve both their athletic ambitions and a state of overall well being. Coaches use heart rate zones, perceived exertion and constant client feedback to design workouts from beginner sprint to Ironman athletes

T-1 is full for the 2015 season. Please contact us if you would like to be put on the wait list
T-3 (Plan Only)
A pre written plan for the athlete that wants minimum involvement and has a consistent schedule as well as the ability to self monitor and make adjustments as they arise. After a consultation (included in price), you will sent a 3 or 6 month personalized training plan. The plan will be periodized for your specific race, strengths, weaknesses, etc. There is no follow up, analyzing files or modifications as they arise with this plan.
$199 for a 3 month plan/ $299 for a 6 month plan
