Shawn Burke is a competitive triathlete with 20 Ironman finishes and a PR of 9:21 . He is completed over 15 1/2 Ironman's with the PR a 4:25 in the half Ironman 70.3 world championship in 2006. He is a 5 time USAT All-American  and a VIP with Athletic Minded Traveler. He is a swim specialist  who completely understands the demands of a traveling athlete.

 Jennifer Vogel

 

Jennifer has over 15 years experience in endurance sports, both on and off the playing field.  As a triathlon coach and yoga teacher, she inspires passion and leads by example. Her holistic mind/ body approach to training revolves around nutrition, periodized training, cross training, recovery and flexibility to help keep athletes injury free and achieving their goals. An accomplished ultra-marathoner, 10x Ironman triathlete and 2011 & 2013 All American Triathlete, Jennifer is a huge proponent of practicing what you preach. She pulls heavily from her sports and Thai massage background to incorporate a holistic and balanced training program to a sometimes unbalanced sport. She believes in incorporating eastern and western philosophies in to triathlon training in order to produce a well rounded training model.

Jennifer works with all level athletes and has a 100% finish rate for here beginner/intermediate Ironman athletes. Having earned her pro license with an overall amateur win at Challenge AC, she will be racing PRO for the 2015 season

 Susan Wallis

 

Susan Wallace is a nationally recognized figure Ironman. Just completed over 36 Ironmans with three appearances  in the  world championships in Hawaii. She is an avid student of the sport and an excellent coach for all level athletes.

 

 Rich McLaughlin

 

Rich McLaughlin is a competitive triathlete with 4 Ironman finishes in the PR of 10:07. He has completed over 10 1/2 Ironman's. Additionally, he is a competitive cyclist who regularly races cat IV and generally finishes the top 10 of his field. He's a long-distance specialist whose is excellent with goal oriented athletes.

 

Katie  Kallusch Prather

A swimmer since a child, Katie got an early start training with the Le Moyne College swim team, moving on to competitive swimming as well as swim instruction.  Her focus and determination is key to her success as a multiple Ironman finisher.  Katie's coaching style would benefit any level triathlete as well as a beginner looking to get their feet wet in the triathlon world.  She enjoys being active outdoors and has a passion for inspiring others to be fit and healthy."
